Incotec should represent the interface between the final customer and its vendors and contractors for taking over the project and construction management in order to guarantee the final customer’s expectations and compliance (e.g. cGMP)

CIP Package Plant
(Clean In Place)

Incotec designs and offers CIP package with automatic or semiautomatic process sequences for matching all the customer need and requirements. The CIP Unit should be managed through a plc and HMI for executing the cleaning recipes. The SW implemented in the CIP Unit shall e CFR 21 part 11 compliant. The Unis shall be exchange signals and data with the PCS (Process Control System) located at customer site.

Reverse Osmosis

INCOTEC designs and offers Reverse Osmosis package one or double stage. The design intent is focused on efficiency of filtration and reduced footprint of package. All the process steps should be executed in automatic way through a plc and HMI. The critical process parameter are constantly monitored and the data are stored.The SW implemented in the CIP Unit shall e CFR 21 part 11 compliant. The Unis shall be exchange signals and data with the PCS (Process Control System) located at customer site.
